Woodfired Medicine Cup

This is a northwest medicine cup. Woodfired in an Anagama kiln on our property here in the Kitsap Peninsula in northwest Washington state.
Thrown on the wheel with intent on healing, fluted with a slight twist. Colored by the atmospheric firing of smoke, ash and flame.
Carbon trap and golden ash flow on the front, on back a burnished umber. Inside a rosy peach color with a rim of soft brown and gray.
Its a fine choice for sipping your favorite medicine.
